Melody, rhythm and form
Questions 4 and 5 ask about the shape of the music as well as its chords: the metre and rhythm of an extract, its phrases and where its melody peaks, and the forms longer pieces take.
Start with Intervals between the parts. In 12 minutes you will be able to name the interval, simple or compound, between notes in two parts.
